How soon will my order reach me?
We try to ship products within 48 hours of placing the order. The time taken to deliver the products to you depends on the location of delivery. Typically, metro cities will receive the products within 3-5 days of shipping the product and non-metros will receive the product in 5- 8 days of shipping.
How reliable are your delivery services?
We have partnered with the best services in the market like FedEx, Delhivery, Xpressbees for the delivery of our products to you. We primarily ship out through Delhivery surface mode for your delivery. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches you at the earliest, Sensory Play Co. cannot be held liable for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.
Do you charge for shipping?
All prepaid orders across India are eligible for free shipping regardless of the order value. For COD orders, we charge a nominal fee based on the total weight of your order. The COD charges based on weight are as follows:
0 to 950 gms – Rs. 100/-
951 gms to 1900 gms – Rs. 150/-
1901 gms to 2500 gms – 200/-
2501 gms and above – 250/-
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a notification from us with the tracking details once the shipment has been booked. You can track your order until it reaches you safely.

How long does it take for my international order to reach me?
It typically reaches the destination in 10-15 days after shipping. Any customs related delay or costs are to be borne by the customer.
Do you offer COD?
Yes! COD is available for our products. COD orders are at an extra charge of Rs. 100/- to Rs. 250/- based on weight of ordered items, which shall be added to order value. The COD limits set are subject to change. Please get in touch with us to know if your order is eligible for COD and get the COD order form from us.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking, Wallets through our secured payment gateway.
Can I pay for the products through e-wallets?
If you would like to pay via an e-wallet (PayTM only), please get in touch with us on +91-9769282076 and we will share the PayTM number with you for payment.
