Returns & Exchange:
We work very hard to curate only the very best products for you. Sensory Play Co. uses only Reputed Courier Services and the parcels are all insured while in transit upto a certain value. In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving it along with images of the damaged product to claim the insurance and exchange it. We request you to kindly, check and report any damages immediately upon the delivery of the ordered items.
In ascertaining a genuine cases, we will either replace the product or provide you with Store Credit. Only goods with manufacturing defects will be exchanged. We do not furnish refunds. Certain products have a no return/exchange policy. These include products from EDX Education (Taiwan) and Yellow Door (UK).
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
