Why choose us?

We believe that most birthday parties have non interactive elements that kids often do not enjoy such as a clown or puppet show. Hence our aim is to engage their senses by creating an immersive environment which provides constructive fun. We ensure kids that they can have the fun of being allowed to paint or scribble on walls which they might not be allowed to do so at home.

How safe is Sensory Play?

We assure you that the ingredients used are homemade, edible and non- toxic. If you have further queries kindly contact us.

What do I need to wear?

We recommend that both you and your child wear clothes that you don’t mind getting messy. You will also need a towel and a change of clothes for your children. Kindly carry a plastic bag to take dirty clothes.

Can I customise a theme?

Yes, you can customise a theme. Please call the Sensory Play office to discuss various themes for your party.

What will my child learn?

Sensory Play is the most effective way for children to refine their thresholds for different sensory information, helping their brain to create stronger connections to sensory information and learn which are useful and which can be filtered out.

What form of payment do you accept?

We ideally accept cash, however if you choose to pay online or by cheque and require an invoice an additional 18% GST will be applicable.

Can we click photos while our children are playing?

Yes, parents can click photos while children are playing. However it is advisable that parents should supervise their children.

What is the minimum number of children for a birthday party?

There is no minimum number of children as the party package caters up to 20 kids.

What is the deposit required to secure a booking?

To book your event we require a minimum of 50% deposit, the remaining to be paid at the day of the party.

What happens if all the people that I've invited can't come to the party?

Once we receive the deposit, there will be no refund however due to unforeseen circumstances we can postpone the party to a later slot if we are notified at least seven days in advance.

What if more children come to the party than I originally booked for?

Our team will require the guest list at least three days in advance as we would need to prepare the e-invites and equipments accordingly. However if additional children come, they will need to pay on that day. Kindly contact our Sensory Play office to know more.

When will I be required to pay the balance for my party?

The balance will be required to be paid at the end of the party.

What if I have some children attending the party that are not accompanied by their parents?

Sensory Play Parties will be more fun if the child is accompanied by his or her parents. Our core aim is to promote child and parent bonding.

Where are you located?

We are located on 203, Roha Orion, 16th Road, Near Mini Punjab Restaurant, Bandra West, Mumbai 400050.

What important guidelines should I tell my guests before they arrive?

Unlike other parties, our focus is creating immersive activities for every kid. Hence we ask all guests for their timeless participation and attendance.

When do I have to give final count for attendees?

We require the final guest list at least three days in advance.

What if I exceed the number of children that my party package provides?

Our party packages start from Rs 25,000 for a group of 20 kids.

What if I want to book my party outstation? Will that be possible?

Yes we will cater to parties anywhere in India; however there will be additional charges of flight/trains, accommodation and food for the Sensory Play Team.

How far in advance do we need to book birthday parties?

We would require birthday parties to be booked at least 15 to 20 days in advance.

How far in advance do we need to book a play dates?

Play date sessions can be booked one week in advance.
